Beacon Home Watch Services creates a custom inspection routine to meet your specific needs, and then regularly inspects, protects and safeguards your property and provides you with a report and images form every visit. And if something is amiss, we will contact you immediately so we can discuss a resolution for you.
We will check refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher are in working order and run the kitchen faucet. We check under sink for leaks. We will run the dishwasher short cycle once a month to ensure proper working order.
Turn on all faucets (sink, shower and tub) and check for any water leaks.. Flush toilet and check under sinks for any water issues. Confirm all windows are locked and look for any insect or vermin evidence.
Check all ceilings and walls for any water damage. Confirm windows are locked and look for any insect or vermin evidence.
Check landscaping to confirm adequate services are being provided. Check health of lawn and plants and report findings back to homeowner.
Walk entire exterior of property looking for evidence of vandalism, break-ins or damage to home or screen cage.. Check pool water level. Check hot water heater for leaks. Turn on main water valve before entering the home.
Check windows and doors/sliders to confirm they are locked. Check all walls and ceilings for evidence of any water or mold damage. Run washing machine on short cycle once a month.
